Mac 34 Laval 27 (Mac will win!!!)
Attendance: 24,347
Just as in TO when the two were on the same weekend at the same venue, attendance will be high regardless of the fact that both teams are from the east. Of course, anyone but UBC would be from the east (is Simon Fraser still in the CIS???)
Hijinxs...
- BFR will have a Laval student sit on his lap and tell Santa what he / she wants for Christmas. Yes that is right... he / she. BFS (Big Fun Santa) can have the ladies sit on his lap at one of Van's wonderful adult establishments later on so he won't be picky at the game.
- The fine folks from BC will finally enjoy the treats that the ONT Santas have to offer. Some Laval fans will recognize the crew and stop for a refreshement before the game.
- Santa Kenny will survive the dive into Commander Lander's hot tub but may require mouth to mouth which he will enjoy.
- Dirty has still learned his lesson and will not allow anyone to "Feed the Animals".
Coupe de Gris: BC 31 Winnipeg 17
- BC boosted by a hometown crowd and the playmaking of Lulay and GEEEEEroy will hoist the cup while the Bombers go back to the frosty 'Peg.
The V Line:
Vanier Cup: Laval 41 McMaster 13
Laval will be just too strong for the Marauders who are making their first Vanier Cup appearance since the last year the Maple Leafs won the Stanley Cup. I would prefer Mac to win as a member of my family be the first to be a Vanier winner - but gotta be realistic and pick le Rouge et Or.
Attendance: 25,200
My sources tell me (use best Charlie Greenwell voice for that) that there has been some decent interest by Grey Cup fans and locals in the Vanier - the upper deck will be closed off but hopefully the lower bowl will be full.
Hijinx:
- IT and Shawzee offer free moustache rides to the local ladies but have no takers
- Vancouver riots again after a sports event: if you consider Kenny G getting doing a pants off / dance off at last call because he can't get one final drink a riot
- We have 15 road tour participants with tickets for Vanier - after a long day and a three hour time difference, only 12 make it to the game
- This definitely goes down in history as the BEST VANIER EVER

The Lions win at home and the dome will be deafening. BONUS PREDICTION: Sustained booing occurs at approximately 5:16PM - when dirty ol' Nickelback takes the stage for half time. BOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO
