One month from now we leave for mighty Quebexico. In preparation for this, your tireless Executive met at Moxies this week to go over details and stuff.... Jerred kept the minutes and took some fine notes which I have included below;

Thursday, October-24-13Meeting Notes.

3:48 PM Bring meeting to order , beers, order dry ribs

Transportation costs:  Roughly $180-190.00 per person

Bus                     $2,542.50

Hotel for driver                $   300.00

Tip                      $   250.00

Hotel Costs:$140.00 per night ($70 per guy if 2 to a room)

Tickets:We have 16 currently.  We will need 1 more.

Schedule/Itinerary:

Friday:

8:00-8:15 am:  Meet bus at StittsvillePark and ride.  Carp Road exit on QW (same as last time). 

12:15pm: pulloff side road in Quebec and dump the tank from pisser

3:00pm: Arrive in QC.  Enjoy the wine machine.

4:00pm: COCKTAILS

6:45pm: wine machine

7:00pm: Dinner TBD

9:00pm: Debauchery

1:00am:  Chez Ashton Poutinery. (640 Grande-AlleeEst)

1:30am: wine machine

Saturday:

8:30am:  Breakfast Caesar’s

9:00am:  Depart for tailgate

9:30am: rum stained beard and frighten children.

10:30am: dirty girl pig roast

1:30pm: Kickoff. 

2:00pm-1am: non-stop debauchery (maybe slide some St. Hubert in there somewhere)

1:00am: Chez Ashton Poutinery. (640 Grande-AlleeEst)

1:30am: wine machine

Sunday:

7:30am: vomit

7:45am: Gatorade

9:00am:  breakfast

10:10am: Bus departs hotel
